Zac Rogers, CFII, MEI

Flight Instructor

As a child, Zac Rogers grew up around airplanes. Both of his parents were recreational pilots, and his dad even built his own plane when he was young. After graduating from the University of Carolina at Wilmington with a degree in Finance, Zac moved to the Triangle region of North Carolina and completed his private pilot certificate.

However, the hobby of flying just wasn’t enough for Zac. After a few years in finance, he decided to pursue a career in flying and obtained his instrument rating and commercial and flight instructor certifications. He is also designated as a Gold Seal Flight Instructor by the FAA.

When Zac is not instructing, he enjoys flying for fun and has made many trips to the North Carolina coast.  He has also flown to Cuba, in addition to making the annual flight to EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wis.
